Drill Stem Guide Plate Alignment

NorWest Hydraulic is a licensor for SPIRIT®, which includes the technology of securing the drill stem guide plate to the top head flange with minimal operator exposure to this harsh environment.

Operators have routinely found it difficult to secure the guide plate for drilling and to open or close it while the drill stem is raised or lowered. However, our design includes a lockout mechanism to eliminate this problem during the drum drilling.

Additionally, this automated system should reduce the maintenance costs associated with your current manual guide plate and potentially reduce your overall cycle time and operator exposure.
