Alignment System

NorWest Hydraulic is a licensor for SPIRIT® technology, which includes a patented 3-D feed line alignment system that insures remote alignment of the feed line in conjunction with the automatic Grayloc® clamp or standard flange.

The 3-D feed line alignment system design allows for thermal movement of the feed pipe in all directions.

The patented alignment system sets the individual relief pressures to prevent any overstressing of the gooseneck, feed line, or switch valve.

This system removes ergonomic difficulties for personnel during the assembling and disassembling process.

When opening the inlet line, a 3-D feed line alignment system also dramatically reduces the potential for personnel's exposure to pressurized steam and hot water by allowing the operators to remotely open the flange.
