Hydraulic Power Units

NorWest Hydraulic is a leader in the design and fabrication of hydraulic power units for all automated applications within the Delayed Coker Unit.

From powering the top or bottom deheading operations, to running the telescoping skirt lifting mechanism, these power units are designed to provide maximum reliability through their compact simplicity.

The units provide a distinct filtration system that virtually eliminates contamination.

All units are supplied with a built in spare pump to get rid of any unscheduled outages or decreases in unit operation time.

Only one power unit is required to power systems on 6 drums, and the systems can be sized for multiple functions.

A single power unit can be bulit to operate all hydraulic equipment for both the bottom and top heads of the coker including hydraulic remote drilling.

The unique, compact design also requires a minimum of deck plot space or be installed at ground level.
